PRESIDENT, COFOUNDER

Vickie currently co-owns and operates Arlington’s oldest independent local compounding pharmacy, Preston’s Pharmacy. With over 13 years of experience managing pharmacies, Vickie leads teams of 50+ employees to execute and provide custom medication and immunizations to optimize wellness in the local community.

Over the course of Vickie's career in healthcare, she has created and maintained trusted established relationships with medical professionals (physical therapists, dermatologists, etc.) who focus on recovery and overall wellness. Her passions in health and fitness revolve around innovation and overall well-being. She opened Invictus Crossfit in Washington, D.C. in 2022 with her husband.

The accessibility Vickie provides Core Aesthetic’s members to the community's top medical resources will not only support members' aesthetics and wellness goals but also support their personal health and wellness goals. She believes that healthcare extends beyond traditional medicine, and co-founded Core Aesthetic incorporating her background in pharmaceutical compounding with medical aesthetics for a holistic approach, redefining what a medical spa offers.

VICE PRESIDENT, COFOUNDER

Linh is a Northern Virginia native, with experience in both corporate and small business environments. Linh graduated with honors from George Mason University receiving her Masters in Business Administration with a focus in business management and entrepreneurship. Linh has multi-faceted experience across multiple industries (human capital management, hospitality, non-profits, academia, dental, and pharmacy) and a wide breadth of knowledge within various aspects in marketing.

With 10+ years of marketing experience, she specializes in strategic and experiential marketing, people management, and strategic growth initiatives. She has a proven track record of targeted revenue growth (100% YOY). Combining her expertise in small business and healthcare marketing, she is able to identify emerging healthcare and beauty trends in the aesthetics industry and incorporate them into Core Aesthetic’s offerings.

After becoming the youngest equity partner at her last business venture, Linh sought out an industry where she can make a difference in her community. Her passion for knowledge, health, and beauty fires her passion as one of Core’s co-founders.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. Aleksandra Gajer, born in Poland and raised in the United States, is a dedicated medical professional on a mission to improve lives through innovative medicine. She graduated with top honors from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2013 and completed an academic emergency medicine residency at The George Washington University in 2017.

Following her residency, Dr. Gajer worked in a variety of emergency medical settings, providing dedicated care to some of the most vulnerable and underserved populations. In 2023, she established The Gajer Practice, a medical venture committed to holistic well-being, preventive healthcare, and effective weight management strategies. Dr. Gajer proudly co-owns Healthier, LLC, a pioneering IV hydration company that offers comprehensive holistic health solutions.

Dr. Gajer's medical pursuits revolve around her passion for enabling individuals to lead vibrant lives regardless of age, utilizing innovative medical tools combined with a proactive approach to prevention. Her commitment to patient well-being and innovative healthcare solutions sets her apart as a compassionate and forward-thinking medical professional.

INJECTOR

Chelsea completed her graduate medical training at George Washington University in 2017, embarking on her career in emergency medicine shortly thereafter. Her journey in the ER revealed her innate aesthetic sensibility, paired with a deep understanding of human anatomy. This combination of skills quickly established her as the go-to expert for intricate wound closures among her colleagues, solidifying her reputation for precision and meticulous care.

The global pandemic marked a turning point in Chelsea's career as she discovered a burgeoning interest in aesthetic medicine. This interest blossomed into a passion for natural anti-aging techniques, prompting her to open her own boutique studio in Washington, D.C. Here, Chelsea specializes in enhancing natural beauty through minimally invasive procedures, employing her keen eye for detail and her comprehensive anatomical knowledge to achieve subtle yet effective results.

Chelsea's commitment to excellence extends beyond her clinical practice. She is an avid learner, continually seeking opportunities to further her education by studying with leading experts in the field of aesthetic medicine around the world. Additionally, Chelsea is passionate about teaching and mentors new injectors, sharing her knowledge and expertise to inspire and cultivate the next generation of aesthetic specialists.

INJECTOR

Jessica is a DMV native, with experience in sales and aesthetics since prior to nursing school. She graduated from University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, but decided her junior year to finish the degree and pivot to to nursing when she got exposed to the aesthetics world upon working a part-time position as a medical assistant in a local medical spa.

After graduating her Master’s of Nursing program at Georgetown University, she worked inpatient as an operating room nurse to lay the foundation of patient care, while also aiding her background in seeing invasive anatomical procedures. She then worked at a plastic surgeon’s office assisting with in-office liposuction procedures, body contouring, and injectables, then received more hands-on injectable experience while working in DC with a focus on botox and skin resurfacing lasers.

Driven by an unyielding commitment to her patients' well-being, Jessica's journey is a testament to her unwavering dedication to marrying her passion for medicine with her keen eye for aesthetics. Her relentless pursuit of excellence is fueled by her innate attention to detail and an unwavering desire to empower others to enhance and embrace their natural beauty. In her practice, she endeavors to create a nurturing environment where patients feel not only heard but also cherished, ensuring their safety and satisfaction are paramount.

MASTER ESTHETICIAN

Since 2004, Jessie Thiel has been a prominent figure in the beauty and wellness industry, originating from Michigan. Her journey began with a deep-seated fascination for the anatomy and histology of the skin, a passion that led her to achieve the prestigious status of a licensed master aesthetician. Jessie's dedication to understanding the complexities of skin health has been the foundation of her career, enabling her to provide unparalleled care and expertise to her clients.

Throughout her career, Jessie has had the opportunity to work alongside some of Washington's leading physicians and dermatologists. She specializes in pre- and post-operative skincare procedures, demonstrating an exceptional breadth of knowledge in daily skincare maintenance, product recommendations, and the latest scientific advancements in the field. Her commitment to staying abreast of new procedures and modalities has made her a trusted authority on all things related to skin health.

One of Jessie's greatest strengths is her ability to connect with her clients on a personal level, working closely with them to understand their individual skincare goals and concerns. WEIGHT LOSS SPECIALIST

Lindsay is a Virginia licensed Family Nurse Practitioner and board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She later obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from George Mason University.

After finishing schooling, Lindsay spent four years serving at Children’s National in Washington, DC as a registered nurse. Throughout her schooling and work experience, Lindsay discovered her calling to inspire, encourage, and educate others to embrace their differences so they can continue to impact the surrounding community. Living in Virginia with her Golden-doodle, Lindsay enjoys attending different workout classes, mainly CrossFit, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her friends and family.

Lindsay is committed to empowering individuals on their journey towards achieving optimal health and wellness as she guides them towards sustainable lifestyle changes. Dedicated to celebrating her patient’s successes alongside them, Lindsay is excited to share in her patient’s weight los experience here at Core Aesthetic.
